§1 Applicability to companies and definitions of terms

(1) The Standard Terms and Conditions below apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version of the STC valid at the time of the purchase order. A consumer is any individual entering into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed mainly to his/her commercial or self-employed activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 The conclusion of a contract, storage of the text of the contract

(1) The following provisions relating to the conclusion of a contract apply to purchase orders placed through our Internet shop

(3) The presentation of the goods in our Internet shop does not constitute a legally binding offer of contract on our part; it is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By placing a purchase order for the goods the consumer wants, he/she is making an offer that is binding upon him/her to conclude a contract of purchase.

(4) When a purchase order is received by our Internet shop, the following provisions apply: the consumer makes a binding offer of contract by successfully completing the procedure for ordering from our Internet shop.

The purchase order steps are as follows:

(1) The consumer selects the goods he/she wants
(2) confirms by clicking on the "Order" button
(3) checks the details in the shopping basket
(4) clicks on the "To the checkout" button
(5) logs into the Internet shop after registering and entering the login details (e-mail address and password)
(6) re-checks or corrects the data keyed in
(7) sends off a binding order by clicking on the "Place purchase order" or "Buy" button

After checking his/her details and before sending off the binding purchase order, by pressing the “Back” button in the Internet browser he/she is using the consumer can return to the Website on which the customer’s details are recorded and correct input errors or discontinue the process of ordering by closing the Internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail (“confirmation of order”). This is our acceptance of your offer.

(5) Storage of the text of the contract with purchase orders placed through our Internet shop: we store the text of the contract and send you the order details and our STC by e-mail. You can view the STC at any time by going to You can view your past orders in our Customer area under My account --> My orders.

§3 Prices, postage costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include statutory Value Added Tax and other price components. Any postage costs are extra.
The consumer has the option of paying by PayPal, credit card (Visa).

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all the products we offer are available for dispatch immediately. Delivery is made within 5 working days at the latest. With prepayment, the time limit for delivery begins on the day after the payment order to the bank instructed to make the transfer; with all other types of payment, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the time limit falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the time limit ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss, destruction and deterioration of the item purchased is not transferred to the buyer until the item is delivered to the buyer. This also applies to a sale to destination according to the buyer’s instructions.

§5 Reservation of title

We reserve the ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.


§6 The customer’s right of cancellation as a consumer:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier have/has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached specimen cancellation form, but you do not have to.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we are required to repay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your having chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and by not later than within fourteen days of the day we received the communication of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstance will you incur charges in connection with this repayment.

We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have proven that you sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.

You are required to return or deliver the goods to us promptly and by not later than within fourteen days of the day you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The time limit is complied with if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day time limit.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
